Funds Paralegal – In House
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Funds Paralegal to join a new US Venture Capital Fund in London.
This is a unique opportunity because the successful Funds Paralegal will work closely with General Counsel, gaining significant responsibility and exposure to major responsibilities from the get-go. With options to qualify via the SQE. Your duties and responsibilities may include:
- Advising on US Venture Capital Funds.
- Administering and managing US stock option plans.
- Managing contract agreements.
- Coordinating internal requests.
- Drafting legal documentation.
- Drafting board minutes.
About You:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification is essential, LPC desirable.
- The successful Paralegal will have experience within Funds or Capital Markets ideally from a law firm or professional services environment.
- Exposure to US deals and regulations would be a real plus.
- Ability to prioritise case load with high level of attention to detail.
