This role offering £25,000 as a basic with commission also to be earnt monthly. This role is working in the office Monday - Friday either 09:00 - 17:00 or 11:00 - 19:00 on a shift pattern and 1 in 6 Saturdays.
Job description:
- Deal with a high volume of inbound calls discussing new service options to new customers
- Work towards targets and KPI's on a day, monthly and quarterly basis
- Build good rapport with every customers to establish a successful relationship
- Always remain positive while discussing options with customers
- Discuss in full all options and support each customer through their journey
Experience required:
- Experience in some form of phone based sales
- Excellent communicator
- Proven examples of having build rapport with customers and successful achieved sales targets
