This is a part time hybrid Social Media Assistant Role. You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as creating and curating social media content, implementing social media campaigns and analysing social media performance to make data-driven decisions. You will also be responsible for supporting and executing digital marketing campaigns and helping to maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Live, breathe and LOVE social media.
  • Knowledge & understanding of growing a brand through social media
  • Responsible for researching on the key SEO terms and implementing them in the content to gain maximum exposure.
  • Research content ideas and keep up to date with current trends.
  • Photographing new content to contribute to the development of overall strategy
  • Working closely with the team to develop social strategy with social/creative project leads.
  • A highly organised content plan and schedule, covering various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok & Facebook .
  • Filming and editing together posts and videos to schedule.
  • Work passionately with a growing team to meet and exceed goals.
  • Stay up to date with the evolution of social media platforms (e.g. changing algorithms, new features)
  • Research new ways to develop and improve social capture.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in successfully creating content for social media platforms including (but not limited to) Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook
  • Experience and interest in marketing photography • Must be confident both in front and behind the camera.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong eye for detail and an ability to create visually appealing content. • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid content. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Self-motivated and innovative, with excellent organisational skills.
  • Have a clear ability to use initiative and work effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Keen to embrace the advent of AI technology and incorporate into strategy

The Role

Hours: 12 Hours, 2 days per week (Potential for additional hours)

Position type: Part-time, 3 month trial period with potential to full time role if successful

Location: East Wellow, Hampshire

Pay: £12.21 hour

Start time: Immediate
