Key Responsibilities:
- Input and manage orders
- Manage delivery schedules
- Update delivery runs and figures
- Handle cash and balance petty cash
- Professionally handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers
- Assist visitors in office for payments or collections
- Perform daily filing and printing
- Complete other administrative duties as required
Essential Skills and Qualities:
- Confident using systems including Word, Excel and SAGE
- Professional telephone manner
- Geographic knowledge for logistics planning
- Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable and responsible
- A keen eye for detail
