Associate Director - Global Client Programs - Top Global Law Firm

A fantastic senior opportunity has arisen within one of the top global law firms who require a highly experienced client relationship specialist to lead and enhance the firm's strategic approach to key client management to ensure the delivery of exceptional and consistent service across the firm.

You will be joining a global law firm with longstanding offices in the today's most important markets, whose on the ground experience, cross-border integration and depth of local, US and English qualified lawyers help their clients work with confidence in either any one market or across many. Working directly with partners, business leaders and many other inspiring colleagues across the firm's global network of offices, you will be part of a team that is pioneering, united and human, and will receive support and development opportunities that will help you achieve your potential and goals. This pivotal role will require a dynamic blend of strategic planning, relationship management and leadership skills, aimed at fostering a culture of excellence among the firm's Global Relationship Partners, Global Industry Groups and Global Practice Groups. Initially you will focus on the delivery of plans for a refreshed key client program and for designing all associated best-in-class infrastructure. Acting as a strategic adviser to Global Relationship Partners, providing them with the tools, resources, and insights needed to cultivate deep, enduring client relationships, and facilitating the sharing of best practices, you will create and deliver a robust, scalable framework for the Key Client Program that aligns with the firm's strategic objectives. The role will subsequently involve the leadership, mentorship and expansion of a community of Client Relationship Managers, ensuring a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement. You will also manage the day-to-day operations of the program, overseeing its strategic direction in line with the firm's objectives, and will monitor and analyse program performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven recommendations for enhancements. Acting as a key point of escalation for any significant client issues or concerns, the Associate Director - Global Client Programs will spearhead the development of personalised client service plans and facilitate regular review meetings with key clients and internal stakeholders to assess service delivery, gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. In addition, the successful applicant will be required to champion the integration of client relationship management technologies and tools to improve efficiency and provide insightful client analytics.

The ideal candidate will be a bright graduate or equivalent with extensive client relationship management or business development experience gained whilst working in a global law firm or professional services environment, to include experience of strategic account planning and managing complex client relationships. The firm are looking for people with a track record of being proactive and delivering high quality work, both personally and through a team, and the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment. The Associate Director - Global Client Programs will also be an exceptional team player with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
