The Opportunity:
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Systems Manager to join our growing team (3 days in the Manchester office / 2 days from home). The role is based in our Manchester office, with occasional travel to Leeds.

You'll be responsible for overseeing and optimising our business systems, running system integrations, and leading implementation projects. In this role, you'll collaborate with teams across the business, ensuring seamless system functionality and data integrity.

Key areas of responsibility include system management, process improvement, user support, compliance, and troubleshooting business system issues. If you're someone with a strong technical background and a knack for problem-solving, this could be the perfect role for you!

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in the insurance sector is essential
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • A blend of technical and business acumen, with proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools
  • A flexible and organised approach with the ability to perform well under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and experience delivering training and support to teams
