Events and Marketing Manager
Salary: £35,000-38,000 per year + Discretionary annual bonus
Hours: 9:00-5:30 Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday cover when needed on rotation, no more than 1 in 4 weekends)
A leading retail organisation is seeking an Events and Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team in Ilford.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional guest and customer experiences. If you are skilled in planning and delivering marketing and promotional activities while also building a community in the process, we would like to hear from you.
As the Events and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the marketing, events, advertising, social media, PR, and promotional activity within centre ensuring guest satisfaction and achieving business targets.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing the local marketing budget, strategies and plans.
- Managing and reporting on local promotional community-focused activities.
- Conducting market research to inform business decisions.
- Leading and managing the customer host team.
- Building relationships with customers, support teams, and local community stakeholders.
- Managing advertising, signage, and promotional materials at a local level.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
