Global Payroll Service Delivery Director
Hybrid role - maximum 3 days in the office
Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + annual allowance
SJC Partners are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to join a thriving Global Payroll Services (GPS) firm. This senior director role is designed for someone with the ambition to progress to a partner role, playing a key part in driving sales and establishing a strong presence in the market. As a pivotal member of the GPS Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the coordination and management of global payroll services, ensuring quality and efficiency in service delivery and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
- Generate leads and establish a prominent presence in the marketplace through conference marketing and other channels.
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of global payroll services to multinational clients.
- Implement global payroll contracts across multiple countries.
- Ensure quality, budgetary discipline, and efficiency in service delivery.
- Collaborate with directors, partners, and principals, chairing and driving business benefits from senior management meetings.
- Manage and inspire teams across multiple countries.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in multi-country payroll operations
- Senior managerial experience within a professional services practice, focusing on an outsourced payroll service delivery or implementation.
- Expertise in delivering organisational change programs and improving processes.
- Proven success in managing complex multi-country implementation projects
- Experience in delivering medium to large-scale multi-country payroll services.
- Skilled in managing onshore and offshore staff in hybrid teams.
- Commercially driven, collaborative, and innovative in approach.

Qualifications:
- CIPP or international payroll equivalent.
- Prince II or similar project management qualification.
