My client, a prominent global insurer, is seeking Data Management Specialist to join their Operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring data reliability, usefulness, and trustworthiness for various purposes, including customer, operational, management, and analytical use. The team champions data as a strategic asset, focusing on maximum return through robust data management practices.
The role:
- Support data quality processes, including designing and continuously improving data quality rules.
- Collaborate with IT to generate data quality reports and dashboards.
- Assist in the standardization and maintenance of master data across the enterprise.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in data design, supporting logical data model creation and maintenance.
- Partner with business change and technical teams to identify and address data quality issues.
The candidate:
- 2-3 years of experience dealing with data, preferably in an insurance environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
