Job: Sales Negotiator – Luxury Property in Central London Location: Central London SW1

Salary: Basic £20,000 - £25,000 DOE plus commission. OTE £43,000 - £49,000 Full Time, Perm role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective buyers.
  • Register new buyer enquiries and convert them into property viewings.
  • Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close sales.
  • Provide timely feedback to vendors and deliver exceptional service.
  • Promote our client's services to both new and existing clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in residential sales, ideally within London or the Home Counties.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency to achieve targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • A self-starter with the drive to succeed and build lasting relationships.

Your Experience:
