You will be joining the Product Owner Team in the Corporate / Investment Bank Transformation Team and further design the dbCLM platform, the KYC (Know Your Client) platform for the Corporate Banking / Investment Banking divisions. You will lead the evolution of dbCLM to ensure KYC compliance in an optimal and efficient manner

Your key responsibilities

  • You have end-to-end accountability for key product functionalities of the KYC platform and engage stakeholders throughout the product delivery cycle to ensure a successful feature delivery and rollout.
  • You undertake business analysis, collaborate with business/operations Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand business problems/needs, and identify solutions through leverage of existing capabilities or new capabilities/features that deliver value is aligned with business objectives and the overall program strategy
  • You document accurately and comprehensively current / target states, processes, story maps, features maps, and user stories.
  • You collaborate with Chief Product Owners, and leads from Business, Production and Technology to define the delivery roadmap of initiatives and process components. You also guide and support junior Product Owners on Product Vision execution according to best practices and ensuring priority alignment of their respective feature teams.
  • You participate as team member in development scrum ceremonies, building a shared sense of purpose and vision. You define deliveries via 3-Amigo sessions and represent business/KYC operations throughout.
  • You understand the impact of your changes to ensure operational readiness of the KYC organization, identify and prepare for any training and communication needs.

Your skills and experience

  • You have agile experience and master a set of business analysis toolsets to deconstruct complex business problems and communicate effectively with people across different perspectives and seniority levels across business, operations and technology.
  • You have a basic understanding of Anti Money Laundering frameworks and KYC processes"
  • You can manage multiple challenging stakeholders to extract relevant information, devise requirements (business, functional, non-functional) and ensure buy-in throughout the development lifecycle.
  • You are a team player who operates collaboratively in pursuit of common goals, but can self-manage a book of work with timely transparency on progress and issues.
  • You can communicate in English and know how to effectively use MS Office tools, and ideally have also already worked with JIRA and Confluence.
