Scheduler
OA are currently working with a successful, growing organisation who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Scheduler to plan and allocate reactive callouts of Field Engineers and prioritising engineer activities.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 (40-hour week)
- £25,000 - £27,000
- 21 days holiday

Scheduler – Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and allocate customer reactive callouts to the team of Field Engineers.
- Prioritising, scheduling and recording service engineer activities as well as logging all updates onto the system.
- Chasing any requested information as well as keeping customers and the team informed of any updates.
- Ensure the Service Desk telephones are promptly answered during all working hours.
- Receive incoming enquiries from customers via telephone, email etc.
Scheduler – Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in maintenance services, logistics or scheduling engineers is essential.
- Must have a good knowledge of geographical locations within the UK.
- Computer literate, with experience in MS Office.
- Good attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Strong administration and coordination skills.
