Reward Analyst (12month FTC)

Salary circa £40000

Based Peterborough (hybrid)

Outstanding newly created opportunity to join best in class reward team as Reward Analyst on a salary of circa £40000, working hybrid up to three days in the office.

Reporting into the Head of OD, and working alongside two Reward Managers and a Benefits Manager, the Reward Analyst role has ownership for all data modelling, statutory reporting, job evaluations using Willis Towers Watson, and all things pay.

As Reward Analyst your key responsibilities will be:

  • Conduct job evaluations and support job mapping.
  • Assist in setting up and managing the job library.
  • Provide data modelling for compensation activities, including annual pay reviews and bonus incentives.
  • Support the management and delivery of incentive schemes.
  • Ensure compliance with Real Living Wage accreditation.
  • Perform market data salary surveys.
  • Contribute to Equal Pay Audits and Gender Pay Gap Action planning.

You will already have a track record delivering expert analysis and support in a fast-moving organisation, ideally with a degree or equivalent. It goes without saying that you will be an expert on Excel and up to date on all emerging analytical technologies that will allow automation and systemisation to build in efficiencies.
