Orka Financial is working with a fast-growing company based in Crowthorne, who are looking for an experienced and proactive Payroll Analyst to join their finance team specializing in commission calculation and automation.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance commission calculation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with sales, lettings and finance teams to understand commission structures, incentives and performance metrics.
- Lead the integration of commission calculation processes into the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system.
- Work closely with finance and EPM implementation teams to configure and customise automation solutions.
- Prepare and distribute accurate commission statements and reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Strong payroll experience with a proven record of calculating commission.
- Previous experience of implementing process improvements and streamlining processes.
- A strong can do attitude and the ability to make an instant impact.
