I am delighted to be recruiting for a thriving Architectural Practice whose innovative approach to design incorporates the rich scenery of their surroundings as well as being environmentally friendly. They are dedicated to supporting continued professional development within a friendly and social work environment and flexible working opportunities. With an excellent reputation for delivering inspiring, imaginative designs primarily in the residential sector but also a number of projects in the commercial and education sectors. This reputable RIBA Chartered Practice are keen to continue their success and are looking for a motivated Part Three / Newly Qualified Architect to join their talented team in Oxford.

The successful Part Three / Newly Qualified Architect will have achieved their Part Three qualification with RIBA and has sufficient experience at part Two level working on residential or commercial projects boasting design flare.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part Three / Newly Qualified Architect:

  • ARB registered / close to it
  • Post Part One and Two qualification experience in a UK Architectural practice
  • Proficiency in industry standard software
  • Ideally be well versed in ArchiCAD (training is provided)
  • Keen eye for detail and boast design flare
  • Good understanding of current building regulations and planning applications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong technical skills
  • Require limited supervision on designated work tasks
  • Proven record working in the residential and commercial sectors
  • Driven approach to work and professional development
  • Work well within a team environment
  • Keen to input to continuing the success and growth of the practice
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Local to the oxford area
