We're looking for a new team member to join this service in Whitehawk which is home to 5 adults with learning disabilities. Your role involves supporting people with their everyday needs e.g. personal care and cleaning their home as well as hobbies e.g. walks along the beach with a tea and cake pitstop, theatre trips, cycling, kayaking... and anything else that interests the clients.

What are we looking for?
We're looking to recruit Support Workers for our state of the art flagship service in East Brighton. The salary is £13.31 per hour plus our comprehensive benefits package.You don't need qualifications or experience to be a support worker- you need to have a good sense of fun, a consistent approach and be able to stay calm under pressure.

What is the service like?

This service is for six adults with learning disabilities, each client will have a purpose built flat with a small garden. The clients have mainly moved out of long stay hospitals or school environments into the community.

What will happen at the recruitment event?

As little or as much as you like! We'll be holding a one stop recruitment
shop - our team will be there to talk you through the position, service, and benefits. We will be interviewing on the day at the event.
