We are on the lookout for an Internal Recruiter to join our HR team on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for talent and a dedication to fostering a strong company culture through strategic recruitment efforts.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and devise recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the interview process with relevant team members.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of talent for future hiring needs.
- Provide a positive candidate experience, representing the company brand effectively.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and extending job offers.
- Keep abreast of the latest recruitment trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, HR Recruiter, or similar role.
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle and various selection methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and HR databases.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work autonomously.
