Collins Property Recruitment is currently seeking a Property Manager to join a dynamic independent Estate Agency brand in West London. As a leading Estate Agency brand in the area, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities as a Property Manager:
- Instructing contractors appropriately to undertake routine maintenance.
- Organising routine gas safety/electrical safety inspections.
- Organising property inspections & sending out inspection reports to clients.
- Sending out check out reports, costing dilapidations and agreeing repayments between landlord and tenant with escalation to arbitration if necessary.
- Allocating reservation fees, collecting rent payments, authorising rent payments and charging contractor expenses.
- Processing new tenant files and accurately setting up new tenancy on system.
- Preparation of landlord statements.
- Weekly contractor payment and production of statements.
Overview:
- A competitive salary of up to £35,000.
- Holiday allowance: (20 days plus 8 bank holidays, Christmas Eve, days between Christmas and New Year.)
- Monday - Friday. 9am- 6pm.
Requirements:
- You must have at least one year of successful Property Management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work part of a team.
