Building Surveyor needed in Redditch, £34ph PAYE - Reference: 19014
Building Surveyor to support the Capital Programmes Team in delivery of projects for multiple property's and estates.
These works include but not limited to Balcony replacement, Internal Refurbishment (Bathroom & Kitchens), Void Refurbishments, Disrepair, Roofing program, FRA Works, Energy Efficiency.
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
