Our client is a forward-thinking technology company (Managed Service Provider) specialising in cloud solutions, data management, and IT infrastructure services. With a relentless commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, our client is at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge solutions to businesses across professional services. As they continue to expand and elevate their services, they are looking for a Business and Office Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Prior purchase ledger or sales ledger experience would be beneficial
  • Knowledge and experience of use of finance systems such as Xero would also be ideal.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Prior experience with HR Administration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
