An international law firm is seeking a skilled Finance Systems Trainer to lead a newly formed team, ensuring that new technologies and processes are efficiently adopted firm-wide. This firm operates in over 30 countries and has built a reputation for innovation, turning technology, insight, and talent into ground-breaking solutions. Key Responsibilities of Finance Systems Trainer:
- Develop a global finance training strategy to improve profitability and client service, in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Maintain ongoing communication and engagement with the audience to drive change.
- Deliver engaging workshops, seminars, and personalized training sessions.
- Create and tailor training materials, collaborating with subject matter experts.
- Continuously assess and improve training programs based on feedback.
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to help learners apply knowledge in real-life situations.
Required Skills:
- Experience creating and delivering finance system training (3E, 3E Workspace).
- Ability to facilitate training across global organizations, including virtual and e-learning.
- Strong understanding of legal sector finance processes like billing and time recording.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles.
- Proficient in IT, finance tools, and data analysis with experience in project management.
- Ability to influence behavior change, inspire confidence, and manage conflicting priorities.
