Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to deal with property maintenance, rent reviews & renewals for their large portfolio of fully managed properties.
They are seeking someone already involved in the lettings industry who is up to date with current regulations.
This is a Monday - Friday role with NO weekends.
Responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with property maintenance issues - Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors accordingly and keeping all parties updated
- Issuing works orders and invoices onto the system, and carrying out inspections on the managed properties.
- Rent reviews and renewals
- Provide landlord feedback
- Organise relevant pre-tenancy cleaning/maintenance inventories with preferred contractors.
- Ensuring property files on database are up to date
- Ensuring property visits (inspections) are up to date
- Book Inventories with preferred contractors
In addition, you will require:
Strong administrative and IT skills
The ability to work as part of a successful team
Superb organisation and communication skills

Must Have: Own car, a full driving licence
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
