Talentedge are actively recruiting for a 6mth fixed term contract for a growing Advertising Technology business in Central London paying £35k pro rata. The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office per week)
Duties include:
- Monitoring of the Finance email inbox to ensure timely postings of all supplier invoices with relevant approvals in SAP
- Handling both internal and external queries relating to Accounts Payable
- Processing employee expenses in Concur, ensuring the claims are in line with policy
- Preparing paperwork for weekly bank payments
- Sending remittances to suppliers
- Managing supplier database
- Managing relationships with customer finance teams
- Building a close working relationship with all operational staff across the group
Candidates must have:
- A minimum of 6 months expereince in Accounts Payable
- Ideally expereince within tech/media or a fast paced, manual process company
- A strong understanding of accounting processes and procedures
- An organised approach and excellent time management skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- An analytical and logical approach to problem solving
- Good numeracy skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Able to work effectively with minimal management guidance/supervision
