Our client based in Liverpool City Centre is looking to recruit a Treasury Manager
The role
ReportingtotheHeadofFinanceOperations(HoFO),thisisaseniorrolewithinthefinanceoperationsteam andyouwillbeexpected toprovide professional guidance andsupportacross theorganisation.Youwillbe an experienced Treasury manager with a good understanding of financial markets and banking, have excellent analytical andinvestigative skills and have a good understanding of risk andcontrols.
KeyResponsibilitiesandDuties:
- Management of the treasury function including responsibility for cash management, optimising cash investment choices andfinancial returns, debts, banking arrangements, forecasting, reporting andrisk exposure.
- Working with the Director of Finance (DoF) and Head of Finance Operations (HoFO) on loan/credit arrangements including, bond management, modelling, assessment and delivery of any new loan facilities orfunding options, and responsibilityfor ensuring compliance with allloanand credit facilities (inc. drawdown and repayments
The candidate
You will be an experienced and highly motivated individual with knowledge of working in a large complex organisation whoisabletoperformeffectively under significant pressure,continuously working within tight deadlines and is expected to act independently with little direct supervision from his/her line manager. As there are technical aspects totherole you willbe amember of arecognised accounting professional body orhaveworkedinaFinance teamlongenoughtohavegainedsubstantial accounting knowledge (qualified by experience).
