We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join a leading Financial Advice firm. The successful candidate will be based out of our client's Grimsby office, providing crucial support to a financial adviser who manages a substantial client base. You will work alongside a team of Administrator to efficiently manage the IFA's client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the financial adviser.
  • Collaborate with an existing administrator to ensure seamless workflow and client service.
  • Potential involvement in supporting other administrators within the office when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an IFA Administrator or similar role in financial services.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
