�? Account Support - Customer Care Superstar �?
Location: Ipswich
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: Flexible shifts between 7.30am-5pm, Monday - Friday (Can be discussed at interview stage)
Salary: £26,000 per annum (OTE £32,000)

Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing organisation, is seeking an Account Support to join their team in Ipswich. As an Account Support, you will play a crucial role in delivering "wow experiences" to customers by ensuring first-class customer care and maximising consumable sales throughout the customer lifecycle??�?
?? Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct post-installation calls to new and existing customers, addressing any queries and concerns.
- Rediscover customers who have stopped ordering and employ effective negotiation techniques to preserve and regain consumables revenue.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams, identifying opportunities for consumable expansion.
- Act as a point of contact for customer issues, ensuring swift resolution and follow-up.
- Support the regional sales teams with ad hoc customer inquiries and tasks.
- Conduct regular customer reviews to optimise consumable sales and maintain customer satisfaction.
?? What You'll Need:
- Experience in a customer-facing B2B role.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build positive customer relationships.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Proactive and adaptable team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CMS systems.
