Receptionist/Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Location: Northwest London

Hours: 08:30 - 17:00

Starting: ASAP

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Reception Duties:
  • Provide a comprehensive first point of contact for incoming calls and visitor inquiries.

  • Welcome visitors, guests, and contractors courteously.

  • Maintain the visitor's logbook and issue appropriate badges or contractor cards.

  • Keep the reception area clean and tidy.

  • Assist with managing the door access control system.

  1. Administrative Tasks:
  • Coordinate internal room bookings using the computerized system.

  • Handle mail, goods, and packages delivered to the site.

  • Assist with reception-related administrative work as requested.

  • Support Health & Safety administrative tasks.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Previous experience in reception or administrative roles.
  • Pharmaceutical experience is a bonus.
  • Experience of Minute taking is a bonus
