Receptionist/Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Location: Northwest London
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00
Starting: ASAP
Main Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties:

Provide a comprehensive first point of contact for incoming calls and visitor inquiries.

Welcome visitors, guests, and contractors courteously.

Maintain the visitor's logbook and issue appropriate badges or contractor cards.

Keep the reception area clean and tidy.

Assist with managing the door access control system.
- Administrative Tasks:

Coordinate internal room bookings using the computerized system.

Handle mail, goods, and packages delivered to the site.

Assist with reception-related administrative work as requested.

Support Health & Safety administrative tasks.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Good communication skills.
- Previous experience in reception or administrative roles.
- Pharmaceutical experience is a bonus.
- Experience of Minute taking is a bonus
