As part of the role you will working closely with an experience Payroll Manager. You will assist in processing end to end payrolls for small to medium size businesses whilst building and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing payrolls for small to medium-sized businesses.
- Calculating payments and deductions (SMP, SPP).
- Managing client portals on BrightPay Connect.
- Reconciling client PAYE accounts.
- Preparing payments and communicating with third parties (HMRC, pension providers).
- Posting payroll journals to Xero and processing auto-enrolment submissions.
About You:
- Minimum of 12 months experience in Payroll Bureau
- BrightPay experience is desirable
- Up to date knowledge of payroll legislation.
- Strong numerical skills and a high level of attention to detail are essential.
- You will be in direct communication with clients so excellent verbal and written skills will be required at all times.
- You will be part of the 35-person team and will need to be a strong team player to ensure we provide as a collective, a world-class service to all clients.
