HR Administrator
Based in Edinburgh (Marchmont Area)
Initial 3 Month Temp Contract
£23,000 - £28,000 per annum
Will consider Full-Time or Part-Time (21-35 hours per week)
Reed HR are pleased to be working with a family-run organisation based in Edinburgh who are looking to recruit an HR Administrator on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of HR Admin, Training, Compliance and Projects.

Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with a backlog of HR Admin tasks and file digitalisation
- Auditing the Online Training Portal and coordinating outstanding training
- Setting up New Starts e.g. Pension System and Compliance Checks (Drivers Licence etc.)
- Assisting with HR Projects e.g. Employee Wellbeing
What we're looking for:
- Experience, knowledge and/or interest in HR
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Demonstrated values of compassion, care and respect
- Ability to secure a Basic Disclosure
