**The Role
We're seeking a Payroll Associate with hands-on experience in payroll processing and administration. This role involves similar duties to the Payroll Administrator position but requires a deeper understanding of payroll practices and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate end-to-end payroll processing and management of payroll records using Excel.
- Resolving payroll queries and ensuring adherence to company policies and legislation.
- Preparing and analysing payroll reports for the management team.
- Collaborating closely with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in payroll administration, with a strong grasp of payroll systems and processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and the ability to manage complex data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
