Our amazing client based in Feltham are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team.
The role will involve:
- Being a primary contact for customers.
- Taking and processing customer orders.
- Query resolution.
- Sales support to members of the sales team.
- Ad hoc projects.
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience of customer service
- Be reliable and conscientious, with the ability to take ownership of issues.
- Have good data entry skills, along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Have strong communication skills, a confident telephone manner and a good command of English.
- Be self motivated
- Assured skills in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel and Word)
- A willingness to learn.
