Salary – £26,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience)
Duration – Permanent, full time or reduced hours.

Are you an experienced administrator in the financial or professional services industry? We are True Potential Wealth Management a financial advice firm based in Burbage. We have been established for 11 years and we provide pension, investment and insurance advice. We have a fantastic reputation and are renowned for being a generous and caring employer. Would you like to join us?

What we need you to bring to the team:

  • High level of client communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build strong client relationships dealing with customers' issues and queries.
  • Solid administration experience, across all the Microsoft packages.
  • Experience in supporting financial advisers or working within professional services, processing pension and investment work including preparing for annual reviews, obtaining information from financial providers and booking client meetings.
  • Experience in handling and qualifying initial leads.
  • A strong ability to plan and prioritise workloads.
