Service Team Leader Required for Automotive Car Dealership – Crawley, West Sussex
- Position: Service Team Leader
- Location: Crawley, West Sussex
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm. Not on the rota for Saturdays mornings but may be required to step in during sickness or holidays.
- Salary: £35,000 - £36,000 basic, OTE mid £40,000s - early £50,000s based on performance.

They are looking for an experienced Service Team Leader to join their expanding automotive dealership team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the service department, with a focus on delivering world-class customer service, supporting service advisors, and coaching and mentoring your team to achieve excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure world-class Customer Service Index (CSI) scores
- Support and guide service advisors in their daily tasks
- Provide coaching and mentoring to develop team members' skills
- Step in to cover duties during staff sickness or holidays
- Maintain a professional and high-quality service environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
