IT Project Manager ( Software/Applications) - London - 12 month contract - £500-£550 p/day Inside IR35 (Umbrella)
Robert Half are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a IT project Manager with experience of working within Real estate/Property Management sector
The Project Manager will lead team of developers while managing all parts project including Project design, Scope Management, Cost and Reporting whilst also managing stakeholders' relationships.
Required experience/skills
- 5+ years experience of IT Project Management.
- Prince 2, PMP or PMI certification.
- Previous experience of delivering projects in Real estate/Property Management sector is preferred.
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment.
- Experience of UAT
Role overview
- Manage resources relating to project including - Staff development, stakeholder management, budget management
- Closely work with members of the project team to specifically define business requirement
- Lead a team of highly motivated developers to ensure delivery of quality software solutions
- Ensure test plans are in place & products are correctly working prior to user testing
- Oversee user testing process while developing roll out plans and procedures
- Prepare cost analysis
- Present case to steering committees and project sponsors
