Your role will be instrumental in driving engagement, securing renewals, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
What You'll Do:
Lead Relationships: Manage and nurture key customer relationships within the Further Education sector, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Drive Renewals & New Business: Secure timely licence renewals and lead negotiations for new agreements, contributing to the growth of our revenue.
Sector Expertise: Be the go-to expert on the Further Education sector, providing insights to shape our product development and marketing strategies.
Advocate & Promote: Champion our licences and services at conferences, tradeshows, and sector events, enhancing our brand visibility and credibility.
Data & Systems Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data, keeping our Salesforce records up-to-date and resolving any discrepancies swiftly.

Excellent communicator who can build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
