Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals)
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and updates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Assist in negotiating job offers
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
