1st Line IT Service Desk Technician is required for an established business near Bournemouth town centre.

Location: Bournemouth - FREE Parking & accessible public transport connections
Working Hours: Onsite: 08:30 - 17:00 (Mon-Thu), 08:30 - 16:30 (Fri)
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Support: Provide responsive and accessible IT Service Desk support for internal staff.
- Service Desk System: Log, monitor, resolve, and record incidents and service requests.
- Customer Service: Deliver high-quality, consistent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- ITIL Processes: Support and deliver ITIL-based processes and procedures to ensure excellent service.
- Team Collaboration: Work within a team to achieve operational and strategic goals.
Technical Skills Required:
- Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows, macOS, environments.
- Networking: Understanding of network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Software: Experience with common Office 365 software applications
- Hardware: Ability to diagnose and repair hardware issues with PCs, laptops.
- Remote Support: Experience with remote support tools and techniques.
