We are a collaborative team-working business so all our roles are all fully-office based Monday - Friday here at Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool L24.
From conception to product launch, as a Buying Assistant you'll provide administration support to the team, whilst developing relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. As Assistant Buyer you will also be involved in admin support but proactively step up and take on more accountability and responsibility.
As a FTSE 100 business we're a major player in retail and with over 750 stores in the UK (which is continually increasing) we are looking for Buying professionals who are keen to forge a career path.
So for us this is what we need from you;
- Strong analytic and numerical skills, with an attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills - this is a must!
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills, confident to engage with suppliers (depending on category this could be UK or International)
