Job Description: IT Product Manager
Location: Bristol (Stoke Gifford)
Hybrid working: 2 days a week in the office.
Pay scale: £40,000 - £45,000 + Great pension!
The aim of the role 'Product Specialist' is to support, maintain, and administer a variety of IT products and services for both internal users within the organisation and external public-facing services, as directed by the IT Product Manager.
The primary goal is to offer excellent service by resolving issues and fulfilling IT service requests related to various IT products and services.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with one or more Big Data or Analytics Products and Services (preferably DataBricks)
- Strong contemporary Microsoft data solution and development skills
- A comprehensive knowledge of database design and development, data management and systems integration
- Data warehouse development, database design and information dissemination
- Knowledge of modern tools and methods that help shape the organisations ability to provide business insight
- Database administration (Full lifecycle)
- Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) experience
- Business Intelligence (BI) reporting
- Experience of Agile delivery methodologies
- Source Control Management, such as Azure DevOps, Git
- Continuous integration and continuous delivery
- PowerShell / Python scripting
- ITSM toolset knowledge
- Asset management principles and processes
- Power Platform
- Microsoft Azure
- DevOps experience
