Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a keen ability to solve problems and manage day-to-day office operations efficiently. This is a key role, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office while supporting staff and management in various administrative tasks.

Office Supervisor - Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff, addressing and resolving operational issues.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked and maintained.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications for management.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining office records.
  • Handle correspondence and liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Troubleshoot any IT, maintenance, or operational issues and coordinate necessary repairs or services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.

Office Supervisor - Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a supervisory role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
