We are seeking a part-time Finance Assistant to support our Office Manager with financial tasks, including managing the Purchase Ledger and raising Purchase Orders (PO's). This role also involves general business administration and requires reporting to the Office Manager. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and is ideal for someone with a keen interest in finance and administration.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist with financial tasks including managing the Purchase Ledger.
  • Raise Purchase Orders as required.
  • Provide general business administration support.
  • Report directly to the Office Manager, ensuring smooth operation of the finance department.
  • Work within a team to achieve company financial objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in finance or business administration is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
