Reporting to the Head of Business Development the role of the Business Development Consultant will be as follows:
- Support the ongoing growth of the companies franchise network by driving revenue growth
- Growth in areas of all services provided
- Influence and motivate the franchise owners by building a relationship of trust
- Challenge and Direct franchise owners where required
- Work seamlessly with the franchise owners as required at different stages of their journey
- Ensure Franchise Standards are being met and a quality service is being delivered
- Review and support financials including profit and loss accounts, forecasting and financial routines, and identify areas for improvement or areas of concern
- Support the franchise owner to build a business plan and review it with them at regular intervals
- Share best practice with owners to support them in their journey
- Work with franchise owners on their organisational model to develop leaders and create high performing teams
- Deliver sales coaching and other relevant support to franchise owners to drive performance in conversions and growth
- Organise and host workshops
We are looking for Business Development Consultants who can display the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working and supporting a team of franchise owners
- A valid driver's license
- Confident communicator
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Influencing and motivating
- Growth mentality
- Business development/sales and commercial acumen
- Financial management
- Ability to challenge where appropriate
- Ability to work as part of a team working collaboratively
- Excellent computer skills and be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK and stay overnight when required
