Estates Hub Manager
Venn Group are recruiting for a Estates Hub Manager with an Education Group based in Kent.
Salary: £35,700 - £40,200 DOE
Location: Kent
Duration: Permanent
Working hours: Monday -Friday 37.5 hours per week
Job responsibilities
- Managing the Maintenance Team
- Plan and monitor expenditure
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the MAT-wide estate development strategy
- To prepare and manage an effective Planned Preventative Maintenance programme
The ideal candidate:
- 2 years' experience in managing teams in an Estates environment
- Full clean driver's license
- Health & Safety qualification
- Project Management experience
