Here at Academics we are looking for a Reception Primary Teacher to join a Catholic school in Milton Keynes. This role begins in September 2025 and is looking to end in February 2026.

Although teaching a reception class can be daunting and comes with responsibility, you will be provided with a great support system and is a role that will allow any primary teacher to develop their skills.

This is a wonderful setting for either an experienced Primary Teacher or Primary ECT, and all faiths are welcomed.

Here at Academics we will provide you with 24/7 support, creating opportunities to land an interview for a role that ideal for you.

In class support will be provided via a teaching assistant, helping with activities and providing 1 to 1 support for the students.

You must hold a QTS to be considered for this role, ECT are also welcome to apply.

Requirments for a Reception Primary Teacher:

  • Have a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Have an updated DBS or willing to apply for a new one
  • Ideally have experience working as a teacher in a UK primary school setting with excellent communicative and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to commute to Milton Keynes
