Description
- Preparing monthly management accounts and presenting financial reports
- Produce the Profit & Loss Report monthly
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet and control accounts
- Regularly monitor production times and evaluate the cost-effectiveness of changes implemented by the operations team
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Providing financial advice and support to colleagues when required
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Resilient and able to push problems through to a solution
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- Strong organisational and time management skills
