Successfully delivered Oracle HCM/ ERP Cloud projects with end-to-end delivery.
-
Proven, full lifecycle implementation experience of delivering Oracle-based HCM / ERP Cloud solutions preferably with the Public Sector.

Delivery:
-
Work with onshore/offshore teams to support the delivery of solutions - HCM / Finance work streams.
-
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand their business objectives and requirements and translate them into solutions.

Design and develop end-to-end solutions to solutions according to business requirements.

Work with the program team, and client to produce deliverable related to the work-stream ( e.g. Process maps, Integration Strategy, Test Strategy etc.)

Agreeing objectives, outputs, milestones and timescales with the delivery manager and client.

Creating structured, high-quality deliverable online with the methodology to support application configuration, data migration, testing plans and other artefacts aligned with the program delivery plan.

Build trusted relationships with clients and manage their expectations on delivery and timescales within the scope.

Excellent communication (written and presentation), experience in delivering functional/technical workshops with clients and strong influencing skills.

Excellent knowledge and understanding of their relevant area of expertise :

HCM - Core HCM, Payroll, Absence

Finance - General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Project Accounting, Grants,

Technical - Data Migration, Reporting, Integration, Security

Support inter dependencies with other work streams - e.g. Integrations, Data Migrations, Security, and Reporting.

Experience of being responsible for the end-to-end delivery of work streams. (Prototype sessions, Testing sessions)
