We're working with an inspiring tech company on a mission to support people with autism and/or neurological difference to achieve their goals and live more independently. Their product provides practical assistance to empower users to manage challenges and maintain their wellbeing, combining technology and on-demand human support. Research suggests that three-quarters of people who need help never get it, but this business is fiercely determined to help people to thrive by addressing this unmet need and creating a fairer, more accessible world for their users.

Award winning and approved by the Department for Education and Department for Work and Pensions, this business is supported by the NHS and has over 8.5k users (and growing!). Their product is widely used across health/social care, HE and the workplace.

  • Flexible, adaptable to changing priorities.

Desirable

  • Basic coding skills, ideally C#, java or javascript
  • Basic automation skills using Selenium WebDriver, Cypress or similar.
  • Previous software testing or development experience.
  • Experience in using Jira.

What you'll get in return for your talents:

You'll receive a salary up to £28,000 plus company benefits including 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), training is supported, and a huge perk is their regular paid wellbeing days - they work a 9-day fortnight, so you have every other Friday off! They are remote first with the option of basing yourself in their offices (Exeter) as much or as little as you like. They bring the team together for 'hack days' circa once a quarter.

You'll be working for a mission-led tech for good business with a product that is having a direct impact for its users. They have outstanding employee retention levels, a testament to their supportive and friendly company culture.
