A growing legal firm with an excellent team culture is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to join their business!
Your new role
- Delivering training to the team when required.
- Ensuring a professional image for the Front of House team.
- Developing the team through probationary periods, performance reviews, annual appraisals and one-to-ones.
- Reporting any issues to the front of house supervisor.
- Supporting the events team with client and internal events. Sorting catering, registration desks and supporting on the day.
- Administration including invoicing, ordering stationery and stock for the office, arranging payments, updating telephone directories and rota management.
- Issuing visitor passes.
- Maintaining reception email inbox.
- Ensuring meeting rooms are presentable and cleared away post-meeting.
- Assist with any catering for meetings, preparing catering requests and offering refreshments.
- Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and to an acceptable hygiene level.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a similar role within a professional services environment.
- Management or supervisor experience.
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week, 9am-5pm with flexibility.
