What will the Financial Reporting Manager role involve?
- Leading the monthly management accounts preparation, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports to private equity shareholders.
- Oversee the preparation and consolidation of statutory accounts across five legal entities.
- Coordinate the annual audit process, including audit schedules and liaison with external auditors.
Suitable Candidate for the Financial Reporting Manager vacancy:
- Ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in audit.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, with experience in preparing statutory accounts and management reports.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team, providing technical guidance and support.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the financial reporting function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
