About the Role:
KC Group is delighted to be recruiting for a Temp to Perm Credit Controller on behalf of our client based near Sutton Coldfield. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced credit controller looking to secure a permanent role with a reputable company. You'll be working five days a week on-site, with a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £26,000 depending on your experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and collecting debts from company debtors
- Setting up terms and conditions of credit
- Ensuring timely payments are made by debtors
- Processing invoices and credit notes
- Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate records
- Handling queries related to invoices and payments
- Working closely with the sales and finance teams to resolve outstanding issues
- Preparing statements, reports, and financial summaries
- Conducting credit checks and assessing customer creditworthiness
- Identifying and managing risk, escalating issues when necessary
About You:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a credit control role, with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams. You should be highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
